MSI_P55_GD65_i5_MoboQuote: "Today I will be looking at a brand new product, literally only a week or two from release from one of the best known names in the computer hardware manufacturing business. That manufacturer is MSI or Micro Star International. The product is one of their new motherboards for the new line of I5 Intel CPU’s MSI’s P55 GD65. As it’s from MSI I expect it to be of the highest quality."

GIGABYTE_GA-P55-UD5_LGA1156Quote: A couple months ago, we got an in-person sneak preview of GIGABYTE’s P55 line up minus a few boards we’re sure to get our hands on soon. There were plenty of features and software offered that encompassed the entire P55 series. Overclocking capabilities are about the only thing that separates the various available models. Rest assured, exemplary stability and reliability are a standard feature on all of GIGABYTE’s boards.

Gigabyte_GA-MA785G-UD3HQuote: "The Gigabyte GA-MA785G-UD3H motherboard is a great upgrade platform for anyone with an existing socket AM2 AMD processor who wants to take advantage of the new HD decoding and on board HDMI options the AMD 785G chipset brings to the table. AMD's excellent upgrade paths mean the GA-MA785G-UD3H motherboard will support AMD Sempron, Athlon, Athlon II, Phenom and Phenom II processors; in short socket AM2, AM2+ and AM3 CPUs. The board has four memory slots that accommodate up to 8GB of DDR2 800/1066/1333(OC) MHz memory. However, beyond broad CPU and cheap DDR2 memory compatibility, the real power of the Gigabyte GA-MA785G-UD3H is the AMD 785G chipset and Radeon HD 4200 integrated graphics at its heart."

Asus_P7P55D_DeluxeQuote: "The introduction of the new LGA1156 platform and Lynnfield CPUs inevitably brought with them a wave of new motherboards; this time it’s the P55 PCH (Platform Controller Hub) that the boards are built around with the P57 to come.

ASUS are always on the ball when it comes to new releases and this is no exception with the P7P55D range including a number of different boards from the basic layout right up to the more expensive Premium and Pro editions. The Deluxe board, which we are looking at specifically today, can be considered a fairly typical ASUS motherboard with a Deluxe version in most series including the P45 and P6T ranges.

Typically, this board has a good reputation besides a few poor product releases in the past and so we are hopeful of yet another good offering here from the giant PC Company. Let’s see what it's got to offer."
